1. From 5 January 2026 until 31 January 2026 (both dates inclusive), customers who newly activated stock trading services with ZA Bank can enjoy unlimited 0 brokerage fees for trading HK and US stocks for the first 30 days, subject to terms and conditions. Existing customers with US stock trading services activated, can enjoy unlimited 0 brokerage fees for trading HK stock for the first 30 days upon HK stock trading services activation, subject to terms and conditions.
2. Promotion period is from 5 January 2026 till 31 January 2026 (both dates inclusive), customers who have successfully activated crypto trading services for the first time with ZA Bank can enjoy a 0 commission and platform fee offer on crypto trading transaction which is executed with the period of first 90 days upon activation of the service, with no cap. Terms and conditions apply.
3. From now until 31 March 2026 (both dates inclusive), individual users who have activated the investment fund trading services with ZA Bank can enjoy 0% fund subscription fee offer and redemption fee waivers for all funds. Terms and conditions apply.

4. After successfully opening a ZA Bank account, users need to complete the relevant quests via ZA Quest to receive the corresponding rewards. The offer is applicable to selected customers only and is not applicable to users who opened ZA Bank account under "Member-Get-Member Programme" or enjoyed "New Account Holder Welcome Offer". For details of the quests, please refer to the ZA Quest page after account opening. ZA Quest is subject to its terms and conditions.
5. The time needed for investment trading services activation is subject to actual circumstances. In general, provided that no extra information is required, an existing ZA Bank user can activate the investment trading services as fast as 3 minutes.
6. The offer is applicable to selected customers only. After successfully opening a ZA Bank account, selected customers need to claim the Stock Cash Rebate Coupons in ZA Quest. Only one Stock Cash Rebate Coupon can be used per transaction. For details of the Stock Cash Rebate Coupons, please refer to the contents shown on the coupons. ZA Quest is subject to its  terms and conditions.

7. "Stock PowerDraw" Promotion is valid from 5 January 2026 to 31 January 2026, both dates inclusive. Participants who complete a purchase transaction in stocks during the Promotion Period will receive one "Stock PowerDraw" chance. All "Stock PowerDraw" chances will only be valid for 24 hours from issuance by ZA Bank to the Participant and will be forfeited after expiry. If the brokerage fee for the US stocks purchase transaction is less than USD 2 per transaction, or less than HKD 20 per transaction for HK stocks purchase transaction, Participants will not receive any "Stock PowerDraw" chance. Participants must have the ZA Bank App with version 3.8.9 or above in order to be eligible for the "Stock PowerDraw" chance. In each "Stock PowerDraw" chance, Participants can only receive rewards in the form of "Designated Stock Redemption Coupons", which can be redeemed for stocks ranked in the top 100 by market value in the US stocks market. 8. The cost difference between the subscription fee amount calculated using the generally applicable 5% standard fee and the total subscription amount of ZA Bank customers and the actual subscription fee ZA Bank charged our customers from 5 August 2022 to 30 June 2025.
